Bangles are measures by their Diameter. Take a ruler and measure the distance inside the bangle. Please keep in mind that 22KT is 91.6% PURE Gold so it can bend if your trying to push on a size which is too small. If you are measuring a metal or plastic bangle then its recommended that you use the next size up for Gold.
